Work Out Wednesdays With Pinnacle Health & Fitness WK 2

Week 2 with my workouts at Pinnacle Health and Fitness and this week my trainer Patrick dropped some knowledge on me! #1 breathing is an important part of each and every workout. And before you say, Ben you have to breathe to live, I'm talking about breathing techniques while you lift. Also something I found hard to believe was I wasn't eating enough calories which will cause me to NOT hit my ultimate goal of losing weight.
